Training block of a woman who has booked too many races, works full time at a desk job, has too little time to train and who now wakes at 4.30am to try and move!

Races range from ultras, quadrathlon, 10ks to duathlons.

He was such a good boy who now knows 4 new commands 🐾 Lots of homework for him this week!

I need.someone to explain running to me! Some mo I need.someone to explain running to me! 

Some morning I wake up and cant be arsed, nothing feels right, I feel weak then start running and have my best run whilst feeling like I can run forever.

Then some mornings I wake up excited to run, feeling happy and strong. Get out and my legs work like a giraffe straight out the womb and it's a mental battle to run 1km. 

Then I flip flop though these 2 moods all week.

Make it make sense! Also just ran the most I have ever ran in January! I hate the cold!
