Literally couldn't get to a mile before I stopped for a little walk! Not ideal as I have Chester Half on Sunday, hoping it was just a bad session not a bad omen for Sunday!

I am enjoying pole so much more than I thought I would although im not sure if my left arm will ever recover from the strain!
