And I'm OBSESSED! As someone who has no rhythm, is clumsy & a bit goofy I thought I would feel embarrassed & stupid but I didn't.

Guys I did it!! I finally went for a run in shorts Guys I did it!! I finally went for a run in shorts!! This winter has nearly finished me off, im cold ALL the time but today I put my big girl pants on and just ran faster to try and warm up! 

Although it's probably back to pants tomorrow 😭😭

Training block of a woman who has booked too many races, works full time at a desk job, has too little time to train and who now wakes at 4.30am to try and move!

Races range from ultras, quadrathlon, 10ks to duathlons.
