Training block of a woman who has booked too many races, works full time at a desk job, has too little time to train and who now wakes at 4.30am to try and move!

Races range from ultras, quadrathlon, 10ks to duathlons.

This morning I smashed my PB by 5mins 27secs! 🎊 although I didn't warm up at any point during the run!

Im so made up! @haribouki_ kept me moving!
