Third time is a charm! I got a PB for this race to Third time is a charm! I got a PB for this race today, trail running seems to be harder and easy at the same time! I did love the change from tarmac and time seemed to go much faster!

Week 12 of 12! I did it! Training block of a wo Week 12 of 12! I did it! 

Training block of a woman who has booked too many races, works full time at a desk job, has too little time to train and who now wakes at 4.30am to try and move!

Races range from ultras, quadrathlon, 10ks to duathlons.

Way's I moved my body in week twelve 

Priority Week Twelve = Rest 

I was so much more tired then I expected after doing the Sheultra, that week 12 didn't go to plan! But I have listened to my body, rested, averaged an extra hour of sleep a night and are so many carbs! 

I had planned to have a weeks rest before starting my next training block but figured since week 12 was so rested that I would go straight into the next! So im now in week 1 of training block 2! 

312 mins Dog Walk 
60 mins Pole Fit 
37 mins Strength Training
30 mins Stairmaster 

Average Sleep = 8hrs 10mins 
Steps = 89,073
