I DNS my first race of the year over the weekend, earlier in the week I managed to pull a lot of muscles in my left arm & chest, and was feeling incredibly sorry for myself topped off with a weird September feeling. Which meant a week of rest and relaxing! Although still pretty sore im managing to move again now.

Safe to say I took full advantage of an unexpected rest weekend!
