Today was a race of 2 halves! First 5k was my fast

Today was a race of 2 halves! First 5k was my fastest ever, the second 5k and I was in full survival mode! But I did get a 10k PB 🥳🎊🥳

Pretty sure that was mainly down to my new @pumarunning trainers, my lungs couldn't keep up with my feet!
