jusqu’à la prochaine fois Paris

Our last day in Paris was bittersweet, I never wanted to leave the bubble we had found ourselves in the last week. I tried my hardest to convince Alex to give up his life in England and move to Paris and become a struggling artist and drink coffee with me all day. Unfortunately he was having none of it, although it was worth a try. Our plan for the last day was to see as much as possible and not drink as we had to be up at 5am the next day for our flight. Turns out our last day would turn into a mess of drunken giggles.

As normal we hadn’t been out the hotel more then twenty minutes when I needed to have a coffee stop, seriously my favourite thing about Paris, Coffee is life!!!! I hardly drink coffee at home and I never actually drink it in my house but all of a sudden I feel like a full on adult drinking espressos.

How incredible do these eclairs look? They tasted like sweet heaven, naturally I couldn’t just order one, how the hell would I be able to pick! Now Alex has gotten used to my ordering habits and he is a full on feeder when it comes to my sweet tooth but even he was scared when this pretty array of sweet sweet sugar appeared at our table.

Its a piece of art in itself. With the last day came my favourite pictures from the trip so I don’t want to ramble loads just thought I would share with you my favourite pictures and hopefully put Paris on your bucket list.

Maybe the wine was a mistake, looking a little lot worse for wear and it was just lunch time. Although the amount of wine I had drunk was encouraging me to keep drinking wine. Not to mention I can’t believe I am actually sharing this picture for the whole internet to see, its one day going to come back and bite me in the arse until then I will drink more wine! Good plan!

I found the perfect street to move onto, still trying to convince Alex to move to Paris, still he was having none of it. I fully believe the pink house was made for me, maybe we could try  long distance relationship. Which he still was having none of, men!

Enjoying a couple of cheeky drinks (a couple too many) and watching the world go by whilst giggling and snogging. Although when we woke up the next day we would feel like absolute death, our last day in Paris was perfect. We had just one fight whilst away which considering this was the most amount of time we had ever spent together was pretty good going. And any mystery we had in our relationship has now totally disappeared, most importantly it was the first ever holiday I have been on with a boyfriend where I didn’t break up with him the second we landed back in the UK, seriously I love my space and holidays are stressful.

This is possibly one of my favourite pictures of us! Until next time Paris, you have been a absolute blast and I can’t wait to see you again, until then keep my heart safe!

Our New Years Resolutions is to have four holidays together in 2018 which I am super excited about, lets just hope he loves me at some point. I am excited to share lots of travel pictures with you in 2018 and start on a new journey, who knows what will happen, a year is a awfully long time.
